Gospel Baptist Church Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is an exciting time at Gospel Baptist. We get to make new friends and have a lot of fun along the way.  However, our primary goal is to serve the greater Youngstown community by seeking out children who might otherwise never attend church so we can present the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Each summer we are proud to present VBS for children ages 5 through 12; and in separate sessions, an exciting VBS Teen Rally for ages 13 through 18.  

We structure our sessions to be engaging, entertaining and educational. As a parent, you'll be impressed to see the crafts your children make, the Scripture they learn and mostly the excitement on their faces as they tell you about their time with us.  We have games with prizes and ask you to encourage your children to bring along a friend or two so they can share the experience and even earn extra points for prizes.

VBS can be a life-changing experience. Parents, we encourage you get your children involved!  And don't worry, we can provide transportation to and from church.  Also if you would like to help, we can always use an extra pair of hands serving meals, crowd control and games. You are more than welcome to attend and be part of this wonderful time for your child.
